Mary holds a Honours degree in Psychology and M.A in Counselling Psychology. She is a licensed clinical counsellor (C.C.C) with experience supporting individuals’ through a range of life’s challenges. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s unique needs with focus on whole-person wellbeing -not just symptoms.

This is an inclusive, supportive space o explore identity, relationships, and personal challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, victims of gender-based or domestic violence, and life transitions.
