Mary Ajayi

Mary is a compassionate and client-centered therapist who works collaboratively with individuals navigating life’s emotional and psychological challenges. Her approach is warm, trauma-informed, and evidence-based, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
She holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Mary is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA).
Mary believes that mental wellbeing is shaped by our relationships, lived experiences, environment, and sense of connection. She works collaboratively with clients to support healing, self-understanding, and personal growth.
Mary works with individuals, children, youth, couples, and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, body image, addiction, behavioral & relationship challenges, emotional distress, and major life transitions.
Her therapeutic approach integrates EMDR, CBT, DBT, EFT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
Gertrude Ngengetereze

Gertrude is a Registered Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families through a wide range of mental health and life challenges.
She holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work and is a member of the Manitoba College of Social Workers. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, helping clients develop practical tools for healing, growth, and emotional wellbeing.
Gertrude believes that everyone can feel stuck at times, and with the right support, meaningful change is possible. She works alongside clients to create a safe and supportive space where they can explore challenges, gain new perspectives, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
She works with youth (13+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, stress, anger management, relationship and parenting challenges, workplace concerns, and major life transitions.
Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
